Can BPAC Services work with CAD files?

• Yes. We can handle and convert most engineering CAD formats. However, we recommend sending STEP or .STP files, as they provide the cleanest geometry for converting to 3D visuals. This ensures the best results in both rendering accuracy and turnaround times.

We have a packaging design. Can BPAC Services create multiple SKU artworks from it?

• Absolutely. Our team has decades of hands-on experience producing print-ready artwork, even from early-stage concepts or agency visuals. Whether you have a complete design or a rough draft, we can create fully compliant artwork files, tailored for efficient SKU rollout across your packaging range.

We don’t have drawings or digital files. Can you still create 3D renders from the physical packaging?

• Yes. We can recreate the packaging from physical samples if you don’t have CAD or die-line files. We’ll either digitally measure and model it or use 3D scanning if the structure is too complex to calculate manually.

Can you turn flat print artwork into a 3D box or product render?

• Yes. With your print-ready artwork, we can build and digitally fold your packaging in 3D, replicating the assembly process to ensure realistic and accurate renders.

Do you accept print-ready artwork files?

• Yes – this is our preferred method. Files from Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, with all fonts and linked assets included, are ideal. We recommend avoiding printer-processed PDFs (such as those with pre-press trapping), as they’re harder to reverse-engineer. Whenever possible, please supply the original working files.

We don’t have print-ready artwork yet. Can BPAC Services help?

• Certainly. We’re experienced in creating finished artwork from agency visuals, scamps, or internal concepts.
